Frequently Asked Bin Rental Questions
WHAT CAN I PUT IN THE BIN?
Beds, construction debris, furniture, wood… nearly anything can be disposed of into a bin rental container. We cannot accept appliances containing freon such as freezers and fridges. We do not dispose of biohazards or chemicals such as oils, paints or household cleaners. Large quantities of concrete, sand or brick may not be permitted in your bin. For more information, call our office.

Schedule a bin dropoff online using our simple booking tool.
HOW FAST CAN YOU GET ME A BIN?
We typically deliver bins within 1 – 2 business days of the request. Same-day deliveries are possible as long as the container is available to rent.
HOW DO I LOAD THE BIN?
You are able to walk right into our bins to deposit your materials. Open the large barn doors at the end of your bin to get inside.
WILL YOUR BIN DAMAGE MY DRIVEWAY?
No. We are very cautious and place wood boards down onto your driveway so the bin never comes into direct contact with the surface of your concrete or interlock driveway.
DO I HAVE TO BE THERE?
No, you do not have to be on-site at the time of delivery. When you order your bin, a customer service rep will ask you for your preferred placement of the container.
I HAVE A SHARED DRIVEWAY, IS THAT OKAY?
If you and your neighbour have no problems parking your vehicles side by side, chances are our bin will fit where your car normally sits.
CAN I PLACE A BIN ON THE STREET?
Special permission is required from the City of Ottawa to leave a dumpster on a residential street.
ARE THE BINS CLEANED?
Yes. We won’t deliver you an unsightly, smelly bin. Guaranteed to not upset a picky neighbour!
WHAT TIME WILL MY BIN BE DELIVERED?
Your delivery will fall between the hours of 7:00 am and 2:00 pm. You’re not required to be on-site for the delivery. For courtesy calls to notify you of your bins delivery, please let a customer service rep know at the time of your booking.
HOW DO I PAY?
At the time you place your order, you will provide a credit card as a method of payment.
