If you feel your home is starting to look like a tornado has passed through and the mess is starting to consume you don’t stress – take a deep breath – there are easy solutions that can help. Tackling the mess doesn’t mean tackling it all at once; take 5-10 minutes every day to work on an area. Take 5 minutes tomorrow and another the next day. You will start to see your space again and the possibilities that you never thought possible hidden under all of your stuff!

If you are thinking about selling your home de-cluttering is an essential step to get your home ready for the market. In real estate buyers are looking for space. Having too much stuff in your home makes it hard for potential buyers to see the real space your home may offer to them. If you do nothing else do this because de-cluttering is free! A litter bit of hard work can go a long way in terms of selling your home and more buyers will be interested in your space if they can actually see it! When you de-clutter prior to sale, you are also making your move down the road lighter, easier and less expensive. Remember, your possessions may be wonderful but as with so many things in life, too much of a good thing can be a problem.

Here are some tips to help you get started!

Designate a spot for bills or other important documents. If you have a hard time finding important papers it’s most likely because you put the down in multiple spots around the house. Pick one spot to keep these papers and you’re on the right track!

Schedule a de-cluttering weekend. It’s easy to become overwhelmed with the mess but if you pick a weekend to spend sorting through and getting rid of some of the clutter you can clear your schedule and get ready to make a big dent in the clutter!

Make Piles. Create four piles to organize your clutter as you go through – Trash, Return, Donate, and Might Need. Don’t over think it either, if you aren’t using it, get rid of it!

Organize. The foundation of de-cluttering is organization. The less stuff you have the easier this becomes. Change your habits and talk to family members about trying to stay organized.

Bag some unwanted items to donate to charity. As you go along sorting through your stuff, pick out the good items that you aren’t using but think someone else could benefit from. It is hard to part with items you “think” you will still use, but if you haven’t used or worn the items in 6 months then you don’t need it!

Everything in its place. Old habits die fast but try as hard as possible to keep the clutter at a minimum. Nip the beginning of a clutter pile in the bud to keep your space looking great!

Learn to love the un-cluttered look. Once you have spent some time de-cluttering take a step back to see how nice your space looks clear of the mess. Visualize the rest of your house clutter-free and work away knowing that it is possible to have your space back!

Make wall art out of hook. Find some inexpensive, trendy hooks to place where clutter collects such as the front hallway, or mud room, wherever you see necessary. You’ll find that adding hooks to a space gives more dimensions to the area while keeping clutter from piling up on the floors!

Hang a mailbox inside. Who says mailboxes can’t be hung inside! A chic item to add to your front hall to keep small items organized.

There are plenty of methods for de-cluttering your home. Find what works for you and stay motivated. Don’t let the clutter get to you, work away at it a day at a time! Happy cleaning!

Have you watched Wall-E movie? Wall-E is an animated movie by Pixar, just in case that you didn’t have any clue about it. The junk multiply significantly, UN reported that there were twenty up to fifty million tons of “fresh” electronic waste from around the globe, and most of it( more or less eighty percent ) dumped into poor or developing countries.

E-waste is a type of waste that comes from damaged electronic items or electronics with good condition but no longer used by the users. The waste problem is getting worse since the presence of new version of the electronics that makes people easily dump their old one which still have good value. For an example, according to Australian government, the amount of electronic waste increased three times faster than other types of waste, since the presence of new-tech digital TV, as a result the Australian authorities are ” beaten up” by new seven hundred TV or electronic waste every year. With those kind of facts people, including you and I, should have to think fast how to reduce this trends and take a significant action to help the earth from being contaminated by the junk.

Electronic waste had the worst effect compare to other waste. When it disposed on landfills, the waste will generating severe contamination becauce E-waste usually contain various kind of heavy metals especially Mercury, lead, Cromium, Cadmium, Barium and hazardous compounds such as PBDEs. For you who don’t familiar with these metals, I’ll give you a brief explanation for each one of the metal.
* Mercury is known to be toxic to human brain and it can cause nervous system, kidney damage. Mercury also very harmful for fetus developing
* in low exposure, Lead can cause IQ degeneration and triggered hyperactivity and behavioural disorders.
* Chromium is easily absorbed by human skin and it can cause allergies symptoms and DNA damage
* Cadmium enters the body through respiration and it can crush your kidneys and bones into pieces hehe… Still want more of this? Ok, let’s continue with
*Barium, it can cause muscle weakness, breathing difficulty
*PBDE can destroyed your Thyroxine hormone and another mammals. If your Thyroxine hormone is disturbed, you will suffer dwarf disease.

What we can do to solve this problem? Here are some ways to solve the e-waste issues.
1. Buy electronic items that you needed not wanted. See the difference?
2. Buy electronic that can be upgraded easily, so you don’t have to buy new one.
3. be creative with your old gadget. Don’t throw them away. Maybe you can change them into a piece of art work. Just an idea.hehe
4. Recycle them. Such as TV recycling, Refrigerators and etc. Do it manually, because if you shredded them with machine the hazardous compound will exposed.

Pallet is one of handling equipments widely used by many companies in many industries around the world. Pallet helps to ease goods movement faster and create a more efficient storage. The majority of pallets are able to support a load up to 1,000 kg. Companies that use pallets for loading and unloading processes have lower goods handling costs than companies that do not use pallets. Pallets are commonly made from wood, plastic, metal and also paper. Today, more than half billion pallets are created every single year and more than one billion pallets are being used in Canada.

With the high production of pallets, more natural resources like woods are needed. As a result, more trees are cut down and it is definitely not good for the environment.
